    Loan Details:

  • How do I review my active and completed loans?

    It is easy to detect your mobile and completed loan accounts. Just log in to the customer portal, you will see ‘My Loans’ in the Menu. Click on ‘Current Loans’ and you will come to Two tabs wherein one shows your mobile loans and the other your completed ones. Click on the tab, relevant to you.

  • At present, we do not have any option for Change of due date of EMI. We will surely be out with some assistance as it is a key point for our customers regarding due dates for EMI’s.

  • You can use our EMI calculator available on the customer portal and calculate your EMI. All you have to do is, simply select EMI Calculator, loan type from the unfolded list and select your loan amount, Rate of Interest and Tenure. You will get your required results instantly.

  • Status of your new loan can be checked by clicking on the Menu Tab in the customer portal, select My loans and then My loans applications. You will get the status of your new loan displayed on the screen. Feel free to contact us on our customer care at +91-22- 4062 8888 or write to us enquiry@ifsl.co.in in case you need any assistance.

  • You can easily access your account statement by selecting Account Statement option from the My Loans sections under the customer portal. The details of your active loans are fed in by default. You can also request a copy of your account statement from where you purchased the product. (Applicable for Consumer Durables and Two-Wheeler Loans only)

  • To get your welcome letter, navigate to the customer portal and select ‘My Current Loans’ under ‘My Loans’ option. A pop up will appear as ‘View Details’ on the right-hand side. On clicking the ‘View Details’ option, a statement tab will appear where you can view and download list of documents including ‘Welcome Letter’

  • In order to get your interest certificate, log in to your Customer portal and select ‘My Loans’ from the main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the statement tab from the ‘View Details’ button and click on download option displaying interest certificate to get your certificate.

  • In order to know your repayment schedule, log in to your Customer portal and select ‘My Loans’ from the main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the ‘Repayment Schedule Download’ button and get your repayment schedule instantaneously.

  • In order to obtain your Provisional Certificate, log in to your Customer portal and select ‘My Loans’ from the main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the ‘Provisional Certificate Download’ button and get your provisional certificate instantaneously.

  • As soon as you have completed paying the EMIs of your loan, the NOC will be sent to your registered mailing address updated in our records or you can email is at enquiry@ifsl.co.in to get a copy. In order to get your NOC, log in to your Customer portal and select ‘My Loans’ from the main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the ‘No Objection Certificate Download’ button and get your NOC instantaneously. In case of a Two-Wheeler or a Pre-Owner Car Loan, kindly ensure your Vehicle Registration Copy (RC copy) is submitted to IFSL post the loan is disbursed. You can share a copy of your RC on enquiry@ifsl.co.in. In the absence of RC Book details, IFSL will not be in a position to issue the No- Objection Certificate and Form 35.

  • All the relevant data related to charges are available on our customer portal. In order to know more about charges, log in to your Customer portal and select ‘My Loans’ from the main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the ‘View Charges’ button and get your charges details instantaneously.
    Please refer to the schedule of charges displayed on the website for detailed charges. Following is information regarding them.
    Penal Interest /Late payment charges – Other than normal interest, IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) may charge penal interest / late payment charges for any kind of delay or default in making payments of any dues. Late payment charges will be applicable if the EMI bounces or not received till the due date which will be charged every month on a periodic basis until the payment is received. The decision for penal interest / late payment charges for various products or facilities will be decided by IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) from time to time.
    Bounce Charges - IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) may charge the bounce charges in case the EMI bounces which will be collected upto two presentation bounce. The decision for collection of presentation charges for various products or facilities will be decided by IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) from time to time.
    No claims for refund or waiver of such bounce charges/ penal interest / additional interest will be tolerated by IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) and it is the sole circumspection of IFSL (International Finance Services Limited) to deal with such requests if any.

  • Change in Demographic Details:

  • Please feel free to call on our helpline number +91-22- 4062 8888 or write to us at enquiry@ifsl.co.in and get your email updated in the system.

  • You are requested to call from your registered mobile number on our helpline number +91-22- 4062 8888 or you visit your nearest branch along with latest mobile bill and get your number updated.

  • You can place a request by writing to us on enquiry@ifsl.co.inin along with your valid address proof which needs to be updated. Once the address verification is completed, it gets updated in our systems.

  • Payment Related:

  • IFSL is completely transparent about any charges overdue on your account.
    In order to pay your overdue charges, penalties or dues, you need to log in to your customer portal and click on the ‘My Loans’ tab under main menu. All your active loan details will be displayed by default. Select the ‘View Details’ and then on Charges tab. All the relevant charges will be instantaneously displayed.

    Please note: Any payment received (other than Foreclosure) would be fit in the following order of priority -
    1. Installment
    2. Bounce charges
    3. Penalty interest

  • IFSL has now started sending payment confirmations electronically via SMS and Email only. Issuance of physical receipts has been discontinued. An e-receipt will be sent on your registered mobile Number or E-mail id or both for your reference, once the payment is received.

    You are requested to intimate IFSL of any change in contact details to enable us send payment confirmations electronically.

  • Make sure you ask for a clone receipt in case text message or E-mail does not get triggered immediately to your registered mobile number or registered email ID at the time of payment collection.

  • You have to raise the request for refund of excess EMI or you can raise the request for adjustment of advance EMI in next month by calling our customer care number +91-22- 4062 8888 or you can write to us at enquiry@ifsl.co.in.

  • Foreclosure:

  • Foreclosure charges are pertinent for all loans except consumer durable loans. We do not impose foreclosure charges for consumer durable loans. You can refer to the Schedule of Charges displayed on the website for the foreclosure as pertinent product-wise.

  • The original property documents will be handed over within 15 working days from the date of closure, once the loan is foreclosed in our system. For any other kind of loan, all your documents counting any unbanked or unused cheques of the Borrower(S) as issued in favor of IFSL with respect to the loan and presently in guardianship of IFSL will be cancelled and/or destroyed immediately after closure of the loan either by way of maturity or repayment of loan and/or otherwise without any other further notice.

    Email - Write to us at enquiry@ifsl.co.in with your loan account number for any of your concern and queries. Please write to us from your registered email ID to get your queries resolved at the earliest. We will get back to you with the concerned query within 2 working days. Do check your SPAM / JUNK folder, in case of non-receipt of Email.

  • You can apply for variety of loans through our customer portal by selecting the ‘Apply for Loan’ option from the menu, Select the type of loan you wish to apply for under the unfolded list that appears under ‘Our Products’ and then select ‘Apply Now’ option.
